Welcome! In order to set up your account, we need you to submit a completed New Wholesale Customer Account application. Please use this online form or call (877) 855-3065. Please allow 2-3 business days for account approval – we take this part seriously as we only allow qualified retailers to sell our products. We appreciate your time to carefully supply this information to us and we will do all we can to make your customer experience simple and quick so you can start selling The Ruby Slipper Swivel Car Seat Cover as soon as possible!
Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site. Please provide a copy of your resale license, or State tax ID to verify eligibility via our New Wholesale Customer Account application on our website.
Prices are listed by item number and priced in US dollars. Subject to change without notice. Our wholesale pricing for qualified resellers is (Please contact us for current wholesale price) off current list price per unit.

All Ruby Slipper, LLC Wholesale Partner Accounts should promote and protect the Ruby Slipper brand as well as operate to the Ruby Slipper standard and expectation. In order to protect that integrity, the following Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”) outlines what is required in order to uphold that standard and expectation. This Policy will help ensure that Ruby Slipper products are appropriately promoted in the marketplace and ensure the brand equity associated with our products.
Retailers must be authorized by Ruby Slipper, LLC to sell its products in any location, including brick and mortar and/or on the internet. Retailers are expected to agree and adhere to the following conditions of the MAP Policy in order to avoid potential consequences of non-compliance.
Ruby Slipper products may not be advertised at a price less than Ruby Slipper’s suggested retail price (SRP). Retailers are responsible for staying current with the MAP price and will review the Ruby Slipper website in order to determine current MAP. For purposes of this policy, an “advertisement” shall include any print or electronic media of any kind, including, but not limited to, all website pages and banners, social media, emails, blogs, newspapers, magazines, flyers, brochures, posters, postcards, coupons, catalogs, signage visible from inside or outside a retailer’s premises, billboards, television, radio ads, and other marketing or promotional materials. Advertising that in any way suggests or implies a price lower than MAP will be considered a violation of this policy.
The following situations are not considered violations of MAP Policy: free shipping, sales tax rebates, in-store signage or displays, point of sale signs, hangtags, or markings on products, boxes or other packaging, and/or certain sales involving Ruby Slipper products not designated on the MAP list;
- Buy One Get One Promotions (“BOGO”): Ruby Slipper products included in this type of promotion must maintain MAP and be excluded from the discount or free price
- Gift with purchase sales if the Ruby Slipper product is considered the free gift or a reduced price
- Store or website wide sales that do not exclude Ruby Slipper products
- Percentage or dollar off instant reward offers and/or coupons
The initial minimum order is three units @ 30% off MSRP plus shipping. The only exception is for first time sample purchase.
We do not ordinarily supply product samples free of charge. However, our products are available for purchase in single quantities. Sample orders are exempt from our minimum order requirement.
You may place your order several different ways:

- Call or fax our customer service (877) 855-3065.
- Via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org – with your account number.
Please have an order form or the web site available when calling so that you can reference item numbers.
We can’t wait for your first order! For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (USA only. Using a credit card will expedite your shipment. We also accept checks and money orders. if prepaying by check, allow two weeks for check clearance.
Typically we ship orders within 4 business days and sometimes the same day. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 8 business days but this is unusual. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to get your order out sooner.
We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. When an out of stock situation occurs we do not back-order out-of-stock items. We will either hold your order if we expect to have back in stock within a few days, or we will send your order without the items, with the expectation that you will order the out-of-stock items on your next order. We will note on your packing slip any items that you ordered that were out of stock.
Getting your order on its way is our number one goal. You can expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days. All merchandise is shipped FOB St Clairsville, OH. Standard UPS shipping rates apply to all domestic orders, unless otherwise specified. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and its original shipping carton to verify damages arising from transit.
All orders are shipped via UPS so please provide a physical ship-to address. Post office box addresses will be delivered via US postal Priority Mail service but the customer will take responsibility for lost or damaged product shipped this way.
Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping and these costs are passed on to the customer plus a $2.50 per box charge.

We do not offer COD or drop shipping.
We promise to do our best to ship your order correctly. In the event there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for returns or adjustments.
Our goods are guaranteed to satisfy the customer’s sales expectations. In the event that the customer wishes to discontinue use, any products returned to Ruby Slipper, LLC in sellable condition will be credited to the customer’s account.
We do not ship international orders at this time. We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
We do not offer exclusivity of the Ruby Slipper Car Seat Cover products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other, or offer them a different product mix.
We do not offer private label products at this time.
We thrive on customer feedback. Customer observations, ideas and suggestions are where many of our products originated. We encourage you to point out areas that we can improve and love to receive complements!
